Responsibilities
- Site Assistance: Provide general support to skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and HVAC technicians.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe working environment.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision to assist with project tasks.
- Transportation: Transport materials between job sites and warehouses as directed.
- Documentation: Assist with basic site paperwork and time tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior construction experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Communication: Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions from supervisors.
