Responsibilities
- Perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties in Philadelphia and Virginia.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Adhere to all local and state plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including clear communication regarding project timelines and costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to manage daily schedules and route optimization.
- Train junior technicians and assist with on-the-job mentorship when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Plumber License (required for PA and VA jurisdictions).
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Current Driver's License with a clean driving record.
