Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and tools to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and project instructions.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery as trained.
- Measure and cut materials accurately using hand and power tools.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team structure.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred.
- Willingness to work night shifts (swing shift or graveyard).
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or understand verbal instructions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
