Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials to job sites.
- Operate power tools and construction equipment safely under direct supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site activities.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of debris and safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company quality control protocols strictly.
- Unload materials from trucks and stock them appropriately for daily use.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade school background a plus.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adhere to strict safety guidelines.
