Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform site preparation, including cleaning debris and preparing work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
- Perform basic manual labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- No prior experience required; we train enthusiastic candidates.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and reading instructions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
