Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials for delivery to job sites.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and holes as directed by the Foreman.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete finishing, and framing.
- Operate basic construction equipment (skid steers, tampers) under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
