Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Site Preparation: Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Demolition & Renovation: Assist with demolition, excavation, and renovation activities as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Quality Control: Help maintain high standards of workmanship and safety protocols on-site.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Entry Level: No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Safety First: Must adhere to all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and dependable.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
