Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily operations and project tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and compaction tools (after certification).
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Transport tools, lumber, and supplies from storage to the work zone efficiently.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols strictly at all times.
- Read and interpret blueprints and basic site plans under supervision.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
