Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, such as carpenters and electricians, with daily tasks.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and mixing concrete.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Operate basic power tools and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours per day, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in reading a tape measure.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- No prior construction experience is required; we provide on-the-job training.
