Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack building materials (lumber, bricks, concrete) at job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including cleaning, digging, and leveling.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various tasks.
- Transport materials between storage and work areas using dollies or hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
