Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing construction sites for new projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Support Trades: Help carpenters, masons, and electricians with various on-site tasks as directed.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic power tools and heavy machinery under the supervision of certified operators.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Site Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, hardworking, and able to work well in a team environment.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Experience: Prior construction experience is a plus, but we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
