Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and transport them to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Operate heavy machinery and tools (forklifts, jackhammers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Prepare construction sites by digging, grading, and clearing debris.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in Construction Labor or Skilled Trades is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
