Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Transport and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to ensure a safe working environment.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Load and unload lumber, drywall, and other construction materials.
- Support framing, concrete, or roofing crews as directed by the foreman.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- No prior construction experience is necessary, but a strong desire to learn is essential.
