Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
- Perform general cleaning of work areas and job sites to maintain safety standards.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall hanging, painting, or finish work.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Transport materials between job sites or storage areas as directed.
- Communicate effectively with site foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions carefully.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
