Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks on job sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from work areas.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Perform general site cleanup, including trash removal and debris hauling.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors regarding project requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on rough terrain.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- No prior experience required; we provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.
