Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment on construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, sweeping, and cleaning.
- Follow blueprints and safety regulations to ensure high-quality work.
- Transport debris and waste from the work area to designated disposal sites.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
