Your Role:
You will assist with various tasks on the job site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, including excavation, grading, and leveling.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus.
- Ability to read basic blueprints or drawings.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
