Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Dig trenches, foundations, and postholes for construction projects.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Mix concrete, sand, gravel, and other materials as directed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read basic instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
