Responsibilities
- Assist in various phases of construction projects including site preparation, excavation, and finishing.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; no prior experience required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
