Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe by removing debris and following OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, and handle raw materials such as wood, metal, and concrete.
- Perform basic site preparation, including digging, leveling, and excavation support.
- Follow all project instructions and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required. A strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Basic math skills for measuring and reading blueprints or instructions.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
