Responsibilities
- Assist in various on-site construction tasks under the supervision of foremen.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials to work areas.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and site preparation duties.
- Help with excavation, digging, and debris removal as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
