Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site according to safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport them to the work area.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all project blueprints and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
