Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, cleaning, and preparing construction sites according to blueprints and safety protocols.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport building materials, tools, and equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Assistance: Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) by fetching tools, materials, and performing manual tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of construction debris and hazardous materials.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level candidates and provide full training.
- Physical Stamina: Must be physically fit to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), stand for long periods, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic, be punctual, and demonstrate a commitment to safety.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass a background check.
