Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (hammers, shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Support various trades (carpentry, masonry, concrete) as needed
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for weekend shifts
