Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks on-site.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a clutter-free and safe working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation under supervision.
- Break down structures and remove debris at the end of the workday.
- Follow all site safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
