Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials with precision and care.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors, safely and effectively.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents.
- Measure, cut, and fit building materials as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
