- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools effectively.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic carpentry, masonry, or painting tasks under direct supervision.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided for qualified candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
