Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on-site, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to work areas.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform digging, lifting, and general site preparation as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn new skills.
