Job Responsibilities
As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily tasks and setup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and ensuring safety.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and safety plans.
- Maintain a high level of safety compliance at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team.
- No prior construction experience required; general labor experience is a plus.
