Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under strict supervision.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
- Follow all safety protocols and verbal instructions from site supervisors.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and returned after use.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation are preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
