Job Overview:

Responsibilities
- Site Support: Assist with various construction tasks including loading, unloading, and staging materials.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic construction equipment (skid steers, forklifts) under direct supervision.
- Physical Labor: Perform heavy lifting, digging, and general cleanup as directed by the foreman.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with crew members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
