Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up forms.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and generators (training provided).
- Perform general site cleanup, including trash removal and sweeping.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift at least 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is highly desirable.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
