Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Load/unload construction materials and tools safely at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating basic machinery
- Follow detailed instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Report hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately to site managers
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor/industrial environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (training provided)
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and reliability
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
