Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general framing.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools, ensuring they are used safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all site safety protocols.
- Perform site cleanup duties, including debris removal and waste management.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team.
