Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the active job site.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform site cleanup, waste removal, and general maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and regulations strictly.
- Help with digging, moving dirt, and preparing grounds for projects.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the work area as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
