Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project needs.
- Tool Operation: Use hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and trash.
- Demolition: Perform basic demolition tasks and removal of old materials as required.
- Measurement: Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints or supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Safety: Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
