Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations strictly.
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications using basic measuring tools.
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and moving heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and counting inventory.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including potential weekends.
