Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including carpentry, painting, and demolition.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment on the job site.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and erecting scaffolding.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under supervision as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to assist in project planning.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow safety instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
