Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload construction materials and transport equipment as needed
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and assembling structures
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide paid on-the-job training
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment
