Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various onsite tasks, including framing, drywall, and finishing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions to complete projects accurately.
- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.
- Collaborate effectively with the crew to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
