Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with blueprint interpretation as training progresses.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Physically capable of performing strenuous labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Strong team player attitude with a focus on safety and punctuality.
