Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling using heavy equipment
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and formwork installation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople on complex building projects
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per engineering specifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
