Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and supplies.
- Operate basic construction equipment (dumps, forklifts) under supervision.
- Perform general site maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project leads and team members.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measurements and counting.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
