Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Assist Trades: Provide support to carpenters, electricians, and plumbers by performing tasks such as carrying supplies, cleaning work areas, and holding materials.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific safety protocols at all times.
- General Labor: Perform various manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for 8+ hours a day, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Team Player: Must be willing to work collaboratively with a diverse crew.
- Tools: Basic understanding of construction tools is a plus but not mandatory.
