Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic tools and machinery under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are followed at all times.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal, waste disposal, and material sorting.
- Read and understand basic safety signage and job site instructions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Ability to follow verbal and written safety instructions without constant supervision.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
