Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including excavation, loading, and unloading building materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and tasks.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or material shortages immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not always required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check.
- Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to safety protocols.
