Your Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and correctly.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and stock them appropriately.
- Follow all project schedules and instructions from the site supervisor.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at heights when necessary.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.
