Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling the ground.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Equipment Support: Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Assembly: Help with assembling structures, scaffolding, and temporary forms.
- Site Clean-up: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assistance: Provide direct assistance to skilled tradespeople on various projects.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing on concrete.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work history.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
