Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Learn and adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA regulations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install, connect, and test wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document work progress and complete required paperwork
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Colorado Springs
- Reliable transportation to daily job locations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
