Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and marking utility lines
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment using forklifts and cranes
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete to specifications
- Install and remove scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety systems
- Perform daily site inspections and report safety hazards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Team player with strong communication skills
